Situated in the heart of Scotland mid-way between Edinburgh and Glasgow, located in the small rural community of Bridgehouse. Affectionately referred to as ‘the wee hall’ it has played an important part in village life for the past 100 years.
Our main hall has a small stage and can accommodate up to 55 seated guests at tables (more if theatre style). There is also a meeting room that doubles-up as a ‘green room’ or buffet room. Our kitchen is equipped with a catering size cooker.
Surrounded by trees and with plenty of space to run around in our field, not to mention ample parking, this is a great wee location for a variety of family and community events.
Enquiries and bookings: email the hall.
This hall was donated to the community over 100 years ago by the late Captn Hope of Bridgecastle and is entirely run by volunteers (BCHA – Bridgehouse Community Hall Association). Registered Charity No: SC021995.
